CD'?:' Q• �'a\� Q a\ay <br />°t Ga <br />O <br />Governmental Activities <br />• Overall program revenues increased $2.8 million. <br />FY 2012 <br />• FY 2013 <br />1) Charges for services increased by $2.5 million or 16%, due to an increase in ambulance <br />service charges ($0.8 million), impact fee collections ($1.0 million), and court revenues <br />previously required to be remitted to the State for distribution to County Clerk of Circuit <br />Courts ($0.7 million). <br />2) The remaining $0.3 million increase resulted from a $0.7 million increase in operating grants <br />and contributions revenue that was offset by a $0.4 million decrease in capital grant and <br />contribution revenues. <br />• Overall general revenues decreased by $2 4 million mainly due to decreased property tax values <br />and tax rates (reduction of $3 3 million or 5%) which was then offset by an increase in sales <br />taxes ($0.9 million or 4%). <br />9 <br />
