<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Don
<br />Lloyd Allen and Joanne C. Alien have filed a
<br />petition with the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />requesting the Board to adopt a Resolution
<br />vacating and abolishing a portion of the public
<br />roads and rights-of-way shown on the plat of
<br />Townsite of Roseland, as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 1, pp. 43, St. Lucie County Public
<br />Records, as it pertains to the following
<br />described land situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />THAT PART OF ORR AVENUE, AS
<br />SHOWN ON SAID PLAT LYING BETWEEN
<br />GIBSON STREET AND ROSELAND STREET
<br />and requesting the Board to renounce and
<br />disclaim any right of the County for the public
<br />to the above described public roads and rights-
<br />of -way.
<br />The Board will hold a public hearing thereon
<br />at 9:00 a.m. on the 17th day of June,1981, in the
<br />City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1853 20th
<br />Place, Vero Beach, Florida.
<br />Persons interested may appear to be heard
<br />at that time.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which
<br />record includes the testimony In evidence on
<br />which the appeal is based.
