<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on
<br />June 17, 1981, at 11:00 a.m., in the City Council
<br />Chambers in the Vero Beach City Hall to
<br />consider the adoption of an ordinance known
<br />as the Community Impact Evaluation Or-
<br />dinance, amending Section 25, General
<br />Provisions of the Indian River County Code of
<br />Laws and Ordinances, by providing for a new
<br />subsection (S) Major Community Impact
<br />Development Ordinance; providing for
<br />definitions of significant terms related
<br />thereto; providing for a definition of Major
<br />Development Projects which include:
<br />1) Any residential activity or use involving
<br />250 or more proposed dwelling units. ,
<br />2) Any non-residential activity (com-
<br />mercial, industrial, etc.) of 1S acres or more or
<br />requiring 200 or more parMng spaces.
<br />3) Any activity or use which may be deemed
<br />by the Planning and Zoning Official, Planning
<br />and Zoning Commission or the Board of County
<br />Commissioners necessary .and appropriate,
<br />based on specific considerations;
<br />providing for an initial advisory meeting prior
<br />to submission of development plans; providing
<br />for data submission requirements; providing
<br />for submission of a proposed master
<br />development plan; providing for projection
<br />the, impact upon the community by cert.,
<br />developments; providing for identificatin.-
<br />environmental, historical and archaeolw�
<br />resources; providing for document forma,
<br />procedures; providing for filing procno z:

<br />If any person decides f4 appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for.such pur.

<br />which the appeal is based.
