Comprehensive Plan Economic Development Element <br />Evaluation & Monitoring <br />In order to assess the effectiveness of the Economic Development Element, it has to be evaluated <br />and monitored. The element can be evaluated by determining whether the objectives have been met. <br />Table 5.17 identifies each of the objectives, the measure used to implement these objectives and the <br />timing involved in achieving these objectives. <br />The planning department staff will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the Economic <br />Development Element.
