<br />As indicated in Table 7.2, the total number of housing units in the county increased by the 15,896
<br />(27.45%) during the period 2000-2005. Of the 15,896 new housing units, 11,890 units were located
<br />in the unincorporated county, while 4,006 were located in municipalities. Figure 7.1 shows location
<br />of the major residential areas within the county.
