HE FELT WE SHOULD PUT UP A SIGN THAT THERE <br />IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY AND DO WHATEVER ELSE IS NECESSARY TO CUT DOWN <br />ON THE -COUNTY'S RISK, HE CONTINUED THAT THERE IS A DUNE CROSS-OVER <br />THERE WHICH WE WILL BE USING AND WE ARE GOING TO PROHIBIT VEHICLES ON <br />THE BEACH. HE FELT THE PROBLEM COMES, NOT FROM THE TRANSIENTS, BUT <br />FROM PEOPLE WHO LIVE AROUND THE AREA, CHAIRMAN LYONS SUGGESTED THAT <br />THE BOARD ASK ATTORNEY COLLINS TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE EXCLUDING ALL <br />VEHICLES, EXCEPT EMERGENCY VEHICLES, ON ALL BEACHES, AND AUTHORIZE HIM <br />TO ADVERTISE -THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE.
