HE FELT WE SHOULD PUT UP A SIGN THAT THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY AND DO WHATEVER ELSE IS NECESSARY TO CUT DOWN ON THE -COUNTY'S RISK, HE CONTINUED THAT THERE IS A DUNE CROSS-OVER THERE WHICH WE WILL BE USING AND WE ARE GOING TO PROHIBIT VEHICLES ON THE BEACH. HE FELT THE PROBLEM COMES, NOT FROM THE TRANSIENTS, BUT FROM PEOPLE WHO LIVE AROUND THE AREA, CHAIRMAN LYONS SUGGESTED THAT THE BOARD ASK ATTORNEY COLLINS TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE EXCLUDING ALL VEHICLES, EXCEPT EMERGENCY VEHICLES, ON ALL BEACHES, AND AUTHORIZE HIM TO ADVERTISE -THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE.
