Comprehensive Plan Potable Water Sub-Element <br /> <br /> <br />Community Development Department Indian River County 17 <br />LOCAL <br /> <br />While Indian River County, the City of Fellsmere, and the City of Vero Beach are the local <br />governments responsible for providing centralized potable water in Indian River County, the County <br />Utilities Department is responsible for managing the county's water system.
