<br />Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, FL
<br />32960 ("GRANTEE"),
<br />GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by GRANTEE, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns
<br />forever, the following described lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida:
