<br />THIS DEED, made as of this 1st day of June, 2011, between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801
<br />27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 ("GRANTOR"), and CITY OF VERO BEACH, a
<br />Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, FL
<br />32960 ("GRANTEE"),
<br />- GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by GRANTEE, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns
<br />forever, the following described lands lying and being in Indian River County, Florida:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
<br />[PARKING PARCEL]
<br />Said property shall be subject to that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
<br />Restrictions, recorded at OR Book 1961, Page 978, Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, as modified by that certain First Amendment to Declaration of
<br />Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions executed and recorded by the parties
<br />concurrently with this Deed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has caused these presents to be executed
<br />in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said
<br />Board, the day and year set forth above.
