Public Law 101-615, Hazardous Materials Transportation <br />Uniform Safety Act (H.M.T.U.S.A.), which provides funding to <br />improve capability to respond to hazardous materials incidents. <br />e. Public Law 95-510, Comprehensive Environmental Response, <br />Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (C.E.R.C.L.A.) as <br />amended, which requires facilities to notify authorities of <br />accidental releases of hazardous materials. <br />f.
