INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PHASE 2 <br /> - }� <br /> TECHNICAL ENERGY AUDIT <br /> RECOMMENDED ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES <br /> FPLES investigated the feasibility of implementing lighting retrofits and water <br /> conservation at the facility. The results of the analysis are listed below. <br /> After detailed engineering .analysis, FPLES has identified cost-effective ECMs that <br /> will help the County: 1) reduce its operational energy and utility expenses; 2) <br /> relieve capital expenditures for other critical improvements; 3) relieve service and <br /> upkeep expenses; and 4) provide a comfortable indoor environment to its <br /> occupants. <br /> ECM - 1: Lighting Retrofit <br /> The field investigation identified 271 lighting fixtures at Emergency OPS Center. After completion <br /> of the analysis, 209 fixtures have been included in the lighting retrofit shown below: <br /> Retrofit 2x4 fixture with(2)F28T8 <br /> lamps,NP Elec. Ballast and SKLFIT-C- QHE2X32T8/UNV-ISN- <br /> WA-4 Reflector Kit 2 F028T8/841/SS/XP/ECO 12 <br /> Retrofit 1x4 fixture with(2)F28T8 lamps QHE2X32T8/UNV-ISL <br /> and LP Elec. Ballast 2 F028T8/841/SS/XP/ECO 20 <br /> Retrofit 2x4 fixture with(2)F28T8 lamps QHE2X32T8/UNV-ISL- <br /> and LP Elec.Ballast 2 F028T8/841/SS/XP/EC0 2 <br /> Retrofit 2x4 fixture with(4)F28T8 lamps QHE4X32T8/UNV-ISL- <br /> and LP Elec. Ballast 3 F028T8/841/SS/XP/ECO 175 <br /> Exclusions include the following: <br /> • Existing LED exit signs. <br /> • Existing Compact Fluorescent fixtures. <br />
