4.3.3 Notification of Full Emergency Condition <br />a. Description <br />An incident involving a severe hazard or large area <br />which poses an extreme threat to life and/or property <br />and will probably require a large scale evacuation, or an <br />incident requiring the expertise of resources of county, <br />state, federal or private agencies. <br />b. Notification <br />Upon receipt of notification of full emergency conditions <br />from the facility's owner or operator, the county <br />emergency services communications center will notify <br />the following emergency personnel (see Figure 4-2): <br />American Red Cross, North Treasure Coast <br />Chapter <br />Indian River County, County Administrator <br />Indian River County Department of Emergency <br />Services <br />Indian River County Department of Emergency <br />Services, Fire/Rescue Division <br />Indian River County Health/Rehabilitative <br />Services <br />Indian River County Public Works <br />Department <br />Indian River County School Board <br />Indian River County Sheriff's Office and <br />Municipal Police Departments <br />Indian River County Transportation Authority <br />State Warning Point <br />Indian River County Emergency Plan for Hazardous Materials Page 31 <br />
