The following documents are required before the applicable County <br />department can issue a "Notice to Proceed" letter. This notice is updated to reflect the correct amount of the <br />award. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect amount listed on the original notice <br />of award. <br />1. Public Construction Bond (unrecorded) in the amount of 100% of the contract amount ($10,676,278.03 <br />— which reflects your total bid). <br />2. Two Signed Copies of Enclosed Agreement. <br />3.
