<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will hold a'public hearing on
<br />the application for development approval
<br />submitted by Florida Atlantic Associates for
<br />Village Green West and South, as required by
<br />Section 380.06 (7) Florida Statutes. These two
<br />development phases of the Village Green
<br />Mobile Home Community would be a
<br />Development of Regional Impact (DRI).
<br />The following described property is located
<br />ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ROUTE 60, WEST
<br />OF RANCH ROAD AND ON THE NORTH
<br />SIDE OF ROSEDALE ROAD (12th STREET).
<br />A total of 317.5 acres in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:

<br />Commercial
<br />Tract 11, Less and Except the East 30 feet
<br />thereof of Section 2, Township 33 South, Range
<br />38'East, according to the last general plat of
<br />lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in
<br />the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 2S,
<br />said land now lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT land
<br />described in Official Record Book S75, Page
<br />1402, Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida: TOGETHER WITH right-of-way in
<br />common with other owners of land in Tracts 10.

<br />portunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County in the Council Chamber of the
<br />City Hall, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
