SECTION 00550 - Notice to Proceed <br />Dated <br />[Certified Mail -- Return Receipt Requested] <br />TO: <br />ADDRESS: <br />Contract For: <br />8th Street Sidewalk Improvements, from 18th Court to Old Dixie Hwy. <br />Project: 8th Street Sidewalk Improvements, from 18th Court to Old Dixie Hwy. <br />OWNER's Contract No. 2010019 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />XXXXXXXXX, 2010. By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the <br />Contract Documents. The contract has allocated 120 days for the completion of this project. In <br />accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date of Substantial Completion is XXXXXXX, <br />2010 and the date of readiness for final payment is XXXXXXXX, 2010. <br />Before you may start any work at the site, paragraph 2.05.0 of the General Conditions provides <br />that you and Owner must each deliver to the other (with copies to Engineer and other identified <br />additional insured) certificates of insurance which each is required to purchase and maintain in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />Also, before you may start any Work at the Site, you must: <br />SWPPP shall be approved by the Indian River County Sr. Stormwater Inspector <br />Submit a M.O.T.
