BOOK 4 7 PACE 2,9 <br />THE BOARD NEXT DISCUSSED THE RELEASE OF SEEDING MAINTENANCE <br />BOND FOR TURTLE COVE SUBDIVISION, AS FOLLOWS: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of the DATE: July 14, 1981 FILE: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Request for Release of Seeding <br />Maintenance Bond - Turtle Cove <br />Subdivision <br />FROM: Neil A. Nelson, REFERENCES: <br />County Administrator <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Final Plat approval of Turtle Cove Subdivision was approved by the <br />Board of County Commissioners during their March 25, 1981 meeting subject <br />to the placement of a $4,140.40 seeding bond. The owner, Mr. Richard P.: <br />Letsinger, has requested via letter dated July 7, 1981 release of said bond <br />since germination has occurred. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The Engineering Division has inspected the subject site and has deter- <br />mined that germination has occurred even though many weeds are also present. <br />Erosion -problems should not occur. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Recommend release of the $4,140.40 seeding maintenance bond for Turtle <br />Cove Subdivision. Funding to be from the County's escrow account. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />BIRD, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 51-48 RELEASING THE <br />SEEDING MAINTENANCE BOND FOR TURTLE COVE SUBDIVISION. <br />
