INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE 77-28 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Section 19, Sub -section (a) <br />Sub -paragraph 23 of Indian River County Ordinance 71-3, as amended <br />is amended to reidentify Sub -paragraph 23 as Sub -paragraph 24, and to <br />amend Sub -paragraph 23 to read as follows: <br />SECTION 19. CIA COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />SUB -SECTION (a) <br />23. Flea Markets as defined in this Ordinance.provided: <br />a. No parking, standing of cars, booths, stalls <br />or tables shall be located in any rear setback area; <br />b. There shall be one identified vehicle entrance/ <br />exit per 100 feet of street frontage. <br />24. Accessory uses and structures customarily associated <br />with and subordinate to the above uses, subject to <br />conditions expressed in Section 25, Sub -paragraph (g). <br />This Ordinance shall become effective on November 7 <br />1977. <br />
