INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 74-27 <br />An Ordinance amending Indian River County <br />Ordinance 71-3, Section 21, LM -1 Light <br />Manufacturing District, increasing the <br />permitted uses and providing an effective <br />date. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Cir INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />SECTION 21 - LM -1 LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br />(a) PURPOSE OF DISTRICT: <br />The LM -1, Light manufacturing District, is intended to <br />provide a restricted Light Industrial District for en- <br />closed storage, research, development, and manufacture <br />of small products making the use of processes of manu- <br />facturing not likely to be objectionable to neighboring <br />properties because of noise, vibration, odors, smoke, air <br />pollution or other physical manifestations. The develop- <br />ment standards in LM -1 Districts are intended to assure <br />an open, uncrowded and attractive appearance through <br />limitations on yards, setbacks, coverage and location of <br />incidental activities.
