INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. - <br />ORDINANCE No. 74- 20 ° <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- <br />SIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That Indian <br />River County Ordinance 71-3, Section 29, Paragraph (B)(1) is <br />hereby amended by adding the following sentence to said para- <br />graph: <br />"No Certificate of Zoning Approval shall be <br />issued where any owner of real property has <br />after December 8,'1973, divided land not <br />lying in a recorded subdivision into two or <br />more parcels so that each parcel fronts upon <br />a dedicated public road for a distance at least <br />equal to the required lot width for the zoning <br />classification in which the parcels lie. " <br />This Ordinance shall become effective on the__J_day of <br />_RQVEt14 tom, 1974. <br />
