<br />NOTICE OF REGULATION OF LAND USE .--
<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County proposes to regulate the use of land within the area
<br />shown in the map in this advertisement.
<br />- ?'.Public hearingsi on the proposal will be held on Tues
<br />day, August 18, 1981, and Tuesday, September 1, 1981, at
<br />7:30 P.M., in the Vefo Beach Senior High School, 1707 16th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida.
<br />The Land Use Element of the proposed Comprehensive
<br />Plan will be discussed at both hearings. The Intergovernmen-
<br />tal Co-ordination; Housing; Utility; Sanitary Sewers, Solid
<br />Waste, Drainage and Potable Water; Recreation; Conserve -
<br />tion and Coastal Zone Protection and Transportation
<br />Elements will be discussed at the September 1 hearing.
<br />ICopies of the proposed comprehensive Plan are
<br />available at the Indian River County Planning and Zoning
<br />Department located at 2121 14th Avenue, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, at a cost of $15.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made on
<br />the above matter, he will need a record of the proceedings,
<br />and for such purposes, he may need to insure that a ver-
<br />batim record of the proceedings 'is made, which record in-
<br />cludes the testimony in evidence on which the appeal is bas-
<br />ed.
