ORDINANCE NO. 76-2 <br />AMENDMENT TO INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY ORDINANCE 71.-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, makes its final report recommending changes and <br />additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and ciid, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in <br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changes in order that the following <br />property owned by Fred Franke of Florida, Inc., Frederick Dawson, <br />George Martin, Executor of Estate of F. Martin, Applicant/ Agent, <br />Steve L. Henderson, Esquire, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 150 feet of the following described property: <br />Commencing 285. 2 feet North of the Southeast corner of the <br />SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, Township <br />33 South, Range 39 East, and run North 116. 1 feet, thence <br />West 390. 7 feet, thence Southerly parallel to Dixie Highway <br />approximately 118 feet, thence East 359. 7 feet to point of <br />beginning, containing one acre more or less; and commencing <br />401 1/3 feet North of the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of <br />the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, thence run North 60 1/4 feet, thence West to <br />the right of way of the Dixie Highway, thence South parallel <br />to said Dixie Highway to a point directly West of point of <br />beginning, thence East to point of beginning, containing a <br />fraction over 1/2 acre; AND <br />The West 150 feet of the following described property: <br />Beginning 156 feet North of SE corner of SW 1/ 4 of NW 1/4 <br />of Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run West <br />to right of way of Dixie Highway, thencQ in a northerly dir- <br />ection parallel with said right of way to a point 131 feet <br />North of said first line, thence East to the East line of <br />
