INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 74-23 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />ORDINANCE 71-3, SECTION 10 A, PARAGRAPH D,MINIMUM <br />LOT SIZE AND FLOOR AREA REQUIRED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT Indian River County <br />Ordinance 71-3, Section 10 A, is hereby amended as follows: <br />I <br />Paragraph D is hereby amended by deleting said paragraph <br />and substituting the following: <br />(D) Minimum Lot and Floor Area Required.
