INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 76-5 <br />t <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE F <br />71-3, SECTION 13, R -IPM PERMANENT MOBILE HOME SUB- <br />DIVISION DISTRICT, BY AMENDING SUB -PARAGRAPH (A) OF <br />SECTION 13 <br />i <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Indian River County Ordinance <br />--71-3, Section 13, is hereby amended by adding a new sub- <br />paragraph "a" to said Section 13, which new Sub -paragraph "a" <br />provides as follows: <br />SECTION 13 R -IPM PERMANENT MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION DISTRICT <br />(a) Purpose The purpose of this district is to provide <br />an area wherein mobile homes can be located on a permanent <br />basis in a subdivision provided for that use. A permanent <br />mobile home subdivision shall contain not less that thirty-five <br />(35) contiguous acres. <br />The Zoning Commission may recommend approval of a Mobile <br />Home Subdivision on the basis of a preliminary plan that shall <br />accompany the zoning request. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on March 10, 1976. <br />
