Lloyd, Engineer of Record <br />Approx. 13.5 Acres containing 20 Lots <br />Zoned R-1 located South of Oslo Road <br />West of 43rd Avenue <br />REFERENCES: R.F. Lloyd to James Davis <br />dated August 26, 1981 <br />The Engineer of Record, R.F. Lloyd, agent for Vincent Quade, <br />is requesting Preliminary Plat approval for Green Acres Estates <br />Plat I. The Technical Review Committee discussed this project on <br />August 4, 1981, and all recommendations have been incorporated in <br />a revised design. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The owner has agreed to paving a half road along the south <br />property line to connect to future subdivisions and provide internal <br />circulation. Also, an error exists on the Preliminary Plat in that <br />roads and easements are to be dedicated to the public and shall not <br />be private. The Engineer has agreed to these items in the above re- <br />ferenced letter. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that Preliminary Plat Approval be granted <br />for Green Acres Estates Plat I subject to the following: <br />1) Roads and easements shall be dedicated to the public <br />2) A half road be paved along the south property line. <br />There are no funding considerations to be addressed by the <br />Board for this item. <br />43 <br />Bou 47 PAGE 380 <br />J <br />
