imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding sixty (60) days <br />or by both fine and imprisonment. Each day in violation shall <br />constitute a separate offense. The Board of County Commissioners <br />may bring suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent violation <br />of this Ordinance in the Circuit Court of Indian River County. I <br />Section 3.
