ORDINANCE NO. 78-37 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE <br />77-10 PROVIDING FOR LICENSING PURSUANT TO CHAPTER <br />468, PART VII, FLORIDA STATUTES (1977) <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That Indian River County <br />Ordinance 77-10 is hereby amended by the addition of a <br />new Section 32 to Paragraph 14, Electrical Code, which Section <br />reads as follows: <br />Section 32. Licensing. Whoever desires to enter the <br />electrical business or offers electrical services in Indian <br />River County shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions <br />of Chapter 468, Part VII, Florida Statutes (1977).
