HE WONDERED WHY
THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AND THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT HAVE
PLANNED FOR INDUSTRIAL ZONING - THIS WILL OPEN MANY VISTAS. MR.
BLUMBERG EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT THE NATURE OF THE COUNTY BEING CHANGED.
HE FELT THIS PLAN WOULD CHANGE OUR HAPPY COMMUNITY TO A WAR OF ONE
AGAINST THE OTHER, AND HE FELT THE CLOP SHOULD PROVIDE FOR CITRUS
PRODUCTION AND THE PRESERVATION OF OUR SAND BEACHES. MR. BLUMBERG
ADDED THAT THERE MUST BE A PLAN FOR GREEN AREAS, AND MUST PROVIDE
FOR LESSER GROWTH; AND NOTED IT'WAS.DANGEROUS TO ADOPT THIS PLAN WITH
LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.
