r <br />(d) All. piers over forty (40) inches in height shall <br />be double tiered with blocks interlocked and capped with <br />a 4" x 16" x 16" solid concrete block, or equivalent, and <br />cushioned with wood shims or pressure treated plate. <br />(e) All corner piers over three (3) blocks high <br />shall be double tiered, with blocks interlocked, and <br />capped with a 4" x 16" x 16" solid concrete block, or <br />equivalent, and cushioned with wood shims or pressure <br />treated plate. <br />Section 3. Minimum Anchor Standards. <br />(a) Anchors shall meet: the specifications established <br />in Chapter 15C-1.10 of the Florida Administrative Code. <br />(b) As a minimum standard, anchors shall be installed <br />on both sides of the unit for every twelve (12) feet of <br />trailer length. There shall be a minimum of three (3) <br />regardless of length, with the further requirement that <br />one (1) set shall be on each end. <br />Section 4. Minimum.
