W MR <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 72 - q <br />AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 71 - 3 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County that Indian River County Ordinance 71 - 3 is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The USES PERMITTED paragraph of Section <br />13, R-1 PM Permanent Mobile Home Subdivision District, <br />R-1 MP Mobile Hoene Park District, R-1 TM Transient Mobile <br />Hoene District, R-1 ME Mobile Home Estate District, and <br />R-1 RM Residence - Mobile Home District are amended to <br />include paragraph "(1 A) Modular homes designed for single <br />family dwelling, one family unit per lot. " <br />SECTION 2. The MINIMUM LOT SIZE AND FLOOR AREA <br />REQUIRED paragraphs of the above named Mobile Home <br />Districts is amended to require the same minimum lot size <br />and floor area for modular homes as is required for mobile <br />homes. <br />SECTION 3.
