SHE FELT THE PLAN HAS BEEN PARTIAL TO ONLY <br />A FEW, AND NOTED THAT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM FOODTOWN CONGRATULATED <br />THE BOARD, BUT HE WILL NOT BE NON=CONFORMING WHILE HER BUSINESS WILL. <br />MRS. WOOLLEY EMPHASIZED THAT THE PLAN IS DEFINITELY DISCRIMINATING <br />AND FELT THE BOARD SHOULD HAVE A `SHOW -CAUSE" MOTION PASSED AGAINST <br />THEM. <br />MRS.
