RESOLUTION NO. 81-78 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release those common side lot easements lying <br />between Lots 21 and 22, Block E, Oslo Park, according to the Plat of same <br />recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 96, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of Oslo <br />Park for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the public rights on the following <br />common lot line easements in Oslo Park, shall be released, abandoned and <br />vacated as follows: <br />Those common side lot easements lying between Lots 21 and 22, <br />Block E, Oslo Park, a subdivision in Plat Book 3, Page 96, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements here- <br />inabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 17th day of September , 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />(/ at Lyons , C man <br />V <br />Attest: <br />t <br />L� , <br />Freda Wright, Cler <br />SEP 16 1981 POOK 47 N�GE50V <br />
