RESOLUTION NO. 81-69 <br />BOOK 4./ PAPE 55q <br />WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 200.065 (2)(a) 4.(c) requires a <br />governmental body to hold public hearings on the tentative <br />budget and proposed millage no earlier than sixty (60) days <br />from certification by the Property Appraiser; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property Appraiser's certification was received <br />on the 28th day of August, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the WEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE UNIT, is unable to adopt a tentative budget <br />prior to the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the WEST INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE FIRE UNIT, determines it is necessary to <br />readopt its prior year;s budget, as amended, pursuant to <br />Florida Statutes 200.065(2)(g) 4.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the 1980-81 <br />budget, as amended, is hereby readopted for the WEST INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY MUNICIPAL SERVICE FIRE UNIT for the year 1981-1982, until <br />such time as its tentative budget is adopted, pursuant to <br />paragraph (2)(c), commencing October 1, 1981. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 1?th day <br />of September , 1981. <br />BOARD <br />INDIA <br />0 <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright, C1/6- k <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />VER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />
