4 <br />28 Section 2. When used in this ordinance, the following words <br />29 shall mean: <br />30 (a) . Board shall mean the Board of C9unty Commissioners of <br />31 Indian River County, Florida. <br />32 (b) Musical or entertainment festival or festival shall mean any <br />33 gathering of groups or individuals for the purpose of listening to or <br />34 participation in entertainment which consists primarily of musical <br />35 renditions conducted in open spaces not within an enclosed structure. <br />36 Section 3. No person, firm, corporation or partnership <br />37 shall stage, promote, or conduct any musical or entertainment festival <br />_3B--j.n the ncorporated area of Indian River County unless he shall first <br />39 secure from the Board a special entertainment permit for said festival. <br />40 Section 4.
