334 <br />being listed completely in the County Finance Record as provided by laws reference to <br />such County Finance record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes <br />as fully and completely as if the said warrants were set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report showing receipts and disbursements <br />of the various funds under the jurisdiction of this Board, which having been checked <br />by the County Auditor were found to be correct. <br />`There being no further business on motion mado, seconded and carried the Board <br />adjourned until Tuesday, November 18th 1930. <br />ATTEST: <br />2 <br />Clerk. <br />TUESDAY, NOVMMER 18th 1930. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court Douse in Vero Beach, at 10 o'clock AoX.Tuesday, November 18th 19309 with the <br />following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; J.D.Yongue; <br />JXA&Bruce; J.J.F.Hamilton and John H. Atkin. klso present were miles Warren, Clerk <br />and Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. <br />The Notary public bond of B.T.Redstones in the sum _of 0500.00 with the American <br />Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved. <br />The Bond of C. A. Vandiveer, in the sum of 02,000.00 as member of the Board of <br />Public instructiona, District #29 Indian River County, with A.B.Michael and W.A.Early <br />as sureties <br />was approved. <br />N. E. Dale appeared before the Board regarding ditch work for McKee -sexton Land <br />Company. It was ordered this work be done at the cost of the Land Company, as soon <br />as practicable. <br />it was ordered that the County Engineer deliver to the Federal tick Eradication <br />officers such drainage pipe as is necessary to properly carry on the `lick Eradication <br />work in this County. <br />The labor pay robls, having been presented were examined and found correct, wer <br />approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same.
