MERELY SAYS THAT IF THERE IS DE- <br />VELOPMENT IN THAT DIRECTION THAT IS THE KIND OF DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL <br />TAKE PLACE$ <br />COMMISSIONER FLETCHER COMMENTED THAT THERE IS SOMEWHERE <br />IN THE AREA OF 20,000 ACRES IN THIS AREA CURRENTLY ACCEPTED UNDER THE <br />GREEN BELT LAW AND PAYING 25% LESS TAXES, HE DID NOT SEE WHY THIS <br />SHOULD BE DESIGNATED LOW DENSITY AND POINTED OUT THAT CALLING IT <br />AGRICULTURAL WOULD NOT PRECLUDE THEIR COMING TO US LATER AND ASKING <br />THAT IT BE CHANGED, IT WAS NOTED THAT UNDER THE PRESENT PLAN THERE <br />IS CONSIDERABLE AGRICULTURAL LAND THAT IS DESIGNATED MEDIUM DENSITY, <br />AND IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY FOR YEARS <br />ATTORNEY BYRON COOKSEY ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO SPEAK ON <br />THIS MATTER REPRESENTING PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT <br />OF THE BARRIER ISLAND, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
