SEC. 16 completed SO SEC. 18 <br />(D) LOT COVERAGE. Principal buildings and accessory structures <br />shall not cover more than twenty (20%) percent of any indi- <br />vidual lot, exclusive of swimming pools. <br />(E) FRONT YARD. Every lot shall have a front yard of not less <br />than thirty (30) feet in depth. <br />(F) REAR YARD. Every lot shall have a rear yard of not less <br />than thirty (30) feet in depth. <br />(G) SIDE YARDS. A side yard shall be provided on each side of <br />every lot of not less than thirty (30) feet in width. <br />(H) ACCESSIBILITY. There shall be direct access to the Mobile <br />Home Estate District from a public street. <br />(I) PARKING. There shall be provided two parking spaces for <br />eac mobile home unit. <br />Section 17. R-lRM RESIDENCE -MOBILE HOME DISTRICT: <br />(A) USES PERMITTED. In this district a building or premises may <br />e used only for the following purposes. <br />(1) Mobile homes designed for single family dwelling, one <br />family unit per lot <br />(2) Single family dwellings including conventional con- <br />struction and factory built dwellings <br />(3) Accessory structures or uses such as awnings, cabana, <br />and storage cabinet. All dwellings shall be placed on <br />.- permanent foundations <br />(B) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT. No building or structure shall ex- <br />ceed twenty 20 feet in height. <br />(C) MINIMUM LOT SIZE AND FLOOR AREA REQUIRED. No lot shall con- <br />tain less than 10,000 square feet. No mobile home unit shall <br />contain less than five hundred and fifty (550) square feet <br />measured at the outside perimeter of the unit at the floor <br />line. <br />(D) LOT COVERAGE. Principal buildings and accessory structures <br />Hall not cover more than thirty (30%) percent of the lot, <br />exclusive of swimming pools. <br />(E) FRONT YARD. Every lot shall have a front yard of not less <br />than twenty-five (25) feet in depth. <br />(F) REAR YARD. Every lot shall have a rear yard of not less than <br />twenty 20) feet in depth. <br />(G) SIDE YARD. A side yard shall be provided on each side of <br />every lot of not less than fifteen (15) feet in width. <br />(H) PARKING. There shall be provided two parking spaces for <br />each one family dwelling or unit. <br />Section 18. B-1 PLANNED BUSINESS DISTRICT: <br />(A) The "B-1 Planned Business District" is intended for zoning <br />of areas for business purposes, which areas are along high- <br />ways and/or located in such relationship to residentially <br />zoned property that special provisions are necessary for the <br />adequate protection of the residential property while at the <br />same time permitting a reasonable utilization of the business <br />property and the efficient functioning of the permissible <br />business activities thereon. The requirements of this dis- <br />trict are designed to minimize conflict between local and <br />through vehicular traffic and pedestrian and vehicular traff- <br />ic. <br />-27- <br />
