f <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72 - 6 <br />An ordinance relating to occupational license <br />taxation; authorizing Indian River County to <br />levy occupational license taxes; providing an <br />effective date. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY: <br />Section 1. Indian River County hereby levies an <br />occupational license tax and authorizes the issuance of <br />occupational licenses as authorized by the provisions of <br />Chapter 72 - 306, General Laws of Florida. <br />Section 2. The classification for the measurement of the <br />tax and the tax itself shall be the same as was authorized under <br />the provisions of Chapter 205, Florida Statutes, as it existed <br />in law prior to April 24, 1972. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect on June 12, 1972. <br />-Q- <br />
