P <br />Section 2. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, shall allow and determine such extra and special <br />compensation as shall be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida, which sum shall be fixed by motion of said Board <br />for such services as they are performed or authorized; provided, however, <br />that no such payment shall be made until such services are rendered or <br />such part of such services as is being compensated is rendered. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect October 20, 1971. <br />ENACTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, on the 20th day of October , 1971. <br />
