ORDINANCE NO. 79-5
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the herein-
<br />after described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in
<br />relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described property situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />A. The West 660' of Section 26, Twp. 31S, Range 38E, less
<br />the S 1320' thereof;
<br />The SWk of the SWk of Section 23, Twp. 31S, Range 38E,
<br />less the N 660' of the West 330';
<br />The North 660' of the West 320' of the SEk of the SEk
<br />lying South of S.R. 512 in Section 22, Tvp. 31S, Range
<br />38E thereof;
<br />All that property which lies South of S.R. 512 in the
<br />NWk of the SWk of Section 23, Twp. 31S, Range 38E;
<br />Be rezoned from C-1 Commercial to A -Agricultural.
<br />B. The West 330' of the NWk of the SWk of Section 23, Tvp.
<br />31S, Range 38E, lying south of the Trans -Florida
<br />Central Railroad R/W and north of S.R. 512;
<br />The East 340' of the SWk of the SEk of the SEk of
<br />Section 22, Twp. 31S, Range 38E;
<br />Be rezoned from A -Agricultural to C-1 Commercial.
<br />C. The North 430' of the E 340' of the NWk of the NEk
<br />of the NEk of Section 27, Twp. 31S, Range 38E;
<br />Be rezoned from R-1 Single Family District to C-1
<br />Commercial.
<br />D. The North 660' of the East 660' of Section 34, Twp.
<br />31S, Range 38E; also described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 13,
<br />14, 15, 16, Block 11, Vero Lake Estates Unit 2 as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 4, page 52,
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />The East 660' of the SEk of the SEk of Section 27,
<br />Twp. 31S, Range 38E; also described as Lots 1 through 11,
<br />Block 1; Lots 1 through 11, Block 2; Lots 1 through 11,
<br />Block 3; and Lots 1 through 11, Block 4, Vero Lake Estates
<br />Unit 1 as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 41,
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
