ORDINANCE NO. 76-18 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citi- <br />zens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />.-Piing <br />ollow- <br />'-!ing property owned by Judy Fae Cooper, situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at a point on the West boundary line of right <br />of way of Old Dixie Highway, where such West boundary <br />line is intersected by the North boundary line of a 50 <br />foot road right of way of the public road extending West <br />from said Old Dixie Highway towards airport, which 50 <br />foot right of way is described in deed from Louis Harris <br />and Emma Harris, his wife, to Indian River County, Florida <br />records, and from said commencing point run West on the <br />North boundary line of said 50 foot road right of way, a <br />distance of 285 feet for point of beginning, thence run <br />North 150 feet, thence West 70 feet, thence South to North <br />boundary line of said 50 foot road right of way, thence <br />East on the north boundary line of said 50 foot road right <br />of way, to the point of beginning, which said property is <br />located in the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 33 - <br />South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District, to R-2 Multiple <br />Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on the 25th day of October, 1976. <br />
