ORDINANCE NO. 79_25 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a <br />public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />All of the South one-half of Government Lot 11, lying <br />west of the West right-of-way of State Road A -1-A, <br />Section 10, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, LESS AND <br />EXCEPT the South 166.57 feet thereof.
