That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract "A", Tract "B", and Lots 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44, <br />Hobart Landing Unit Two, as filed in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court, and recorded in Plat Book <br />1, page 46, Indian River County, Florida; LESS AND <br />EXCEPT the east 249.88 feet of Tract "B". <br />Be changed from R-3 Multiple Family District to R-1 Single <br />Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect August 27, 1979. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS 15 TO CERTIFY THAT THIS IS <br />A TRUE AND CORRECT COPY OF <br />THE ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS <br />OFFICE. <br />FREDA WRIGHT, CLERK <br />
