ORDINANCE NO: <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report re- <br />commending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, <br />hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO?.MISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying 'Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning.Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />-ging property owned by Edward T. Karr, Represented by Beindorf <br />and Associates, Inc. situate in Indian River County, Florida, to - <br />wit: <br />TRACT 1 <br />That ortion lying West of the Florida East Coast Railroad <br />right of way of the Horth 1/2 of the SjI 1/4 of the NE 1/4 <br />and the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section <br />20, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, <br />Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the following described parcel: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the North line of the SW 1./4 <br />of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 31 -South, Range 39 - <br />East, with the Westerly right of way line of the Florida <br />East Coast Railroad (said right of way being 50 feet Wester- <br />ly from the parallel to the centerline of the main track of <br />the Florida'East Coast Railway) and from thence run South- <br />easterly along said Westerly right of way line of the Flor- <br />ida East Coast Railroad a distance of 400 feet; thence South- <br />westerly at right angles to the said Westerly right of way <br />line, 150.feet; thence Northwesterly on a line 150 feet West- <br />erly of and parallel to said Westerly right of way line of <br />the Florida East Coast Railroad to a point on the North line <br />of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of. Section 20; thence run East <br />along said North line to the Point of Beginning; AND <br />TRACT 2 <br />South 1(2 of the sE 1/4 of the MT 1/4 of Section 20, Township <br />31 -South, Range 09 -East, <br />TRACT A Indian River County, Florida. AND <br />That portion lying East of the Florida East Coast Railroad <br />right of way of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Town- <br />ship 31 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />AND <br />TRACT B <br />That portion of the North 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 <br />lying West of U.S. highway No. 1, excluding therefrom the <br />North 345 feet; in Section 20, Township 31 -South, Range 39 - <br />East, said land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />LESS: <br />Excluding from the above Tract 1 and Tract A, the following: <br />The North 30 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, <br />1 <br />
