On Motion by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously authorized the Attorney to notify the involved South Beach property owners of the direction the Board is proceeding and the proposed $3,500 impact fee. PHASE II - GIFFORD AREA SEWAGE IMPROVEMENTS - Change Orders Engineer Robbins reported that this is basically wrapping up all the final quantities because we are currently treating sewage in the Gifford area, and he has a call in to FHA to try to find a date acceptable to them for the dedication ceremony.
