'j. - <br />(f) Collections received by the said Department of <br />Revenue from the tax, less costs of administration of this <br />Ordinance shall be paid and returned, on a monthly basis, to <br />Indian River County for use by the County in accordance with <br />the provisions of this Ordinance and shall be placed in the <br />County Tourist Development Trust Fund. <br />(g) The said Department of Revenue, under the applicable <br />rules of the Career Service Commission, is authorized to employ <br />persons and incur other expenses as appropriated by the <br />Legislature of the State of Florida to administer this <br />Ordinance. <br />(h) The said Department of Revenue may promulgate such <br />rules and may prescribe and publish such forms as may be <br />necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Ordinance. <br />• SECTION 2: The anticipated revenue of $216,000.00 per <br />year, less costs of administration as retained by the Department <br />of Revenue, which the tourist development tax hereby levied <br />should produce over each of the next two years shall be <br />utilized to promote the Indian River County tourist industry. <br />Any surplus revenue over and above $216,000.00 shall be allocated <br />to Item (a) Capital Improvement Fund, and disbursed to each <br />capital improvement within Item (a) in the same proportions <br />as the total budget of Item (a) is divided between the sub- <br />catagories. <br />The tax revenues received pursuant to this Ordinance <br />shall be used to fund the Indian River County tourist develop- <br />ment plan, as established in order of priority Items (a) <br />through (g) which is hereby adopted as follows: <br />(a) Capital Improvement Funds --64.35% of all <br />revenues received by the tax hereby levied, as <br />deposited in the Indian River County Tourist <br />Development Trust Fund, shall be distributed <br />for Capital Improvements at Wabasso Beach <br />Park, South Beach Park, the Civic Arts Center, <br />and property in the North County. Funds shall be <br />distributed in a manner consistent with authorized <br />use of revenues as outlined in Chapter 77-209, Laws <br />of Florida. <br />-3- <br />
