1 <br />L. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />77-31 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto, <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard: NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Stanley Ozgowicz & Geraldine <br />Ozgowicz; Denise Ozgowicz, Richard Ozgowicz, Frank & <br />Linda Feldhaus, and Robert McIver and Wendy McIver, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 10 acres of the West 20 acres of Tract 1, Sec- <br />tion 7, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, and that part <br />of Tract 8 lying North of the Main Out Fall Canal and ad- <br />joining the ten acres above described on the South, extend- <br />ing from the South line of the ten -acre tract to the North <br />line of the Main Out Fall Canal, all according to the last <br />general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company, <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said <br />land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to R -1E Country <br />Estate District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect November 21, 1977. <br />
