CLUP - Various Areas <br />Wednesday, October 14, 1981 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the City Hall Council Chambers, <br />1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, October 14, <br />1981, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. Present were Patrick B. Lyons, Chairman; <br />William C. Wodtke, Jr., Vice.Chairman; Dick..Bird; Alfred Grover <br />Fletcher; and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were Neil A. Nelson, <br />County Administrator; R. Stephen Houlihan, Assistant Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; and Janice Caldwell, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />The Chairman requested that two emergency items be added <br />to the agenda; one concerning the Annual Report from the Office of <br />the Clerk, and the other concerning the Treasure Coast Regional <br />Planning Council. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously approved the addition of the <br />emergency items to the agenda. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously accepted the Annual Report <br />for year ending September 30, 1981 from the Office of Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court. <br />MOO 47 Pk -;`L '740 <br />OCT 141981 <br />
