ORDINANCE NO. 78-26 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone <br />the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a <br />public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />From the East Quarter corner of Section 22-31-38 run West along <br />the Quarter Section Line a distance of 209 feet; Thence run <br />South 302 feet; Thence run West 497.4 feet; Thence run South <br />to a point, said point being 660 feet North of the centerline <br />of State Road 512; Thence run West 660 feet North of and <br />parallel to said centerline to the East boundary of the <br />Indian River County School Board Property; Thence run North <br />along said East line of School Property to the North line of <br />South Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 22; Thence run <br />East along said North line of South Quarter of Northeast <br />Quarter a distance of 1692.42 feet; Thence run South along <br />the East line of Section 22 a distance of 663.82 feet to <br />the East Quarter corner of Section 22 and point of beginning. <br />Be changed from Agricultural to R -1A Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect September 11, 1978. <br />
