ORDINANCE NO. 79-8
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the
<br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing
<br />in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizenswere
<br />heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Tract 16, Section 17, Township 33 South, Range 39
<br />East, Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, less canal, as
<br />recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
<br />St. Lucie County, in Plat Book 2, page 25, said land now lying
<br />and being in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />AND ALSO, South 2 of Tract 9, Section 17, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East, Indian River Farms County Subdivision, less
<br />canal, as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />Court of St. Lucie County in Plat Book 2, page 25, said land
<br />now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida
<br />AND ALSO, North 1 of Tract 9, Section 17, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of lands
<br />of the Indian River Farms Company recorded in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 25, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, said
<br />land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -1E Residential
<br />District.
<br />All with the meaning and intent -and as set forth and described in
<br />said Zoning Regulations.
<br />This Ordinance shall take effect march 26, 1979.
