WRIGHT, .._ <br />FREDA p.G. <br />aY ORDINANCE NO. 78-31 <br />DATE <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing <br />in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were hoard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE I1 ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning (dap be changed in order that the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />t0 -wit: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast ; of the <br />Northwest 14 of Section 33, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, <br />thence running 40 rods North, thence West 20 rods, thence <br />South 40 rods, thence East 20 rods to point of beginning, <br />containing 5 acres, more or less; situate in Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Parcel One: The North 997.4 feet of the Northeast quarter of <br />the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 31 South, Range <br />39 East, said property being also described as the Northeast <br />quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 3.3, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East, less and except the South 341 feet thereof. <br />Parcel Two: All that part lying west of the westernmost <br />right-of-way of the Florida East Coast Railway of the following <br />described property: Commencing at the Northwest corner of <br />the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter- of Section 33, <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, and thence run South 161.5 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence run East 1348.8 feet; <br />thence North 323 feet; thence West 1348.8 feet, thence South <br />to point of beginning, containing 10 acres, more or less. <br />Said property being also described as all that part lying west <br />of the westernmost right-of-way of the Florida East Coast <br />Railway of the South 161.5 feet of the Southwest quarter of <br />the Northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 31 South, Range <br />39 East and the North 161.5 feet of the Northwest quarter of <br />t -he Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 31 South, Range <br />39 East. <br />The East 5 A of NAfi of NW-; of SWI-,, in Section 33, Township -31 <br />South, Range 39 East; situate in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of the northwest <br />quarter of Section 33, Township 31 south, Range 39 east, the <br />same being ten (10) acres more or less, said land lying and <br />being situate in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner- of Section 33, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East run East 770 feet for point of beginning <br />thence South 210 feet, thence West 210 feet, thence North 210 <br />feet, thence East 210 feet to point of beginning, said land <br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial and R-1 Residential to A -Agricultural. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />
